By using the Facenox Desktop App or Remote Dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you're using this for a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

You manage your own data. You must get permission from your employees before tracking their biometrics and follow your local privacy laws. We provide the tool, but the legal responsibility is yours.

Don't use Facenox for illegal spying, don't try to hack the dashboard, and don't use our tools to break the law.

The Desktop App is open source. The Remote Dashboard is our proprietary software. Check our GitHub for the specific open source license details.

We provide Facenox "as is." We don't guarantee it will be perfect or 100% accurate. We aren't liable for any payroll errors or hardware issues that happen while using our software.

We may change these rules as we update our software. Check the date at the top to see when we last changed things.
