Facenox processes biometrics locally on your hardware. We do not store or upload raw face photos. Biometric templates are encrypted on-device before optional cloud synchronization.
How it works
Face recognition happens locally on the device. Raw camera frames are not persisted to disk or uploaded to the cloud. Facial geometry is converted into 512-dimensional mathematical embeddings and encrypted using AES-256-GCM before optional synchronization between your organization's paired devices.
Opt-in only
Enrollment is voluntary. If a user withdraws consent, their data is permanently deleted from the local hardware.
Your Responsibility
Facenox keeps data local to support compliance. Your organization is still responsible for following regional privacy laws like GDPR or the Data Privacy Act.
Google API Services
We use Google API Services to authenticate your identity. This section details our adherence to Google's data safety standards.
What we access
Primary email, full name, and profile picture via openid, email, and profile scopes.
How we use it
Exclusively for account creation and transactional emails. No marketing or tracking.
Security
Stored in AES-256 encrypted databases. Transmitted via TLS 1.3 secure protocols.
Deletion
Immediate deletion upon request. Self-service via Cloud or email privacy@facenox.com.
Compliance Statement
Facenox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
