Facenox runs entirely on your hardware. We don't store, see, or process your biometric data on our servers. Everything stays on your machine.
How it works
Face matching happens locally. We convert facial geometry into encrypted numbers that cannot be turned back into a photo. This math never leaves your computer unless you manually export a backup.
Opt-in only
Enrollment is strictly voluntary. If a user withdraws consent, their data is immediately and permanently deleted from the local hardware.
Your Responsibility
Facenox helps you stay compliant by keeping data local. However, your organization is still responsible for following regional privacy laws like GDPR or the Data Privacy Act.
Google API Services
We use Google API Services to authenticate your identity. This section details our strict adherence to Google's data safety standards.
What we access
Primary email, full name, and profile picture via openid, email, and profile scopes.
How we use it
Exclusively for account creation and transactional emails. No marketing or tracking.
Security
Stored in AES-256 encrypted databases. Transmitted via TLS 1.3 secure protocols.
Deletion
Immediate deletion upon request. Self-service via Dashboard or email privacy@facenox.com.
Compliance Statement
Facenox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
